Just one and a half hour from Athens, in the village of Koutsi, a visit to our winery becomes the beginning of an exclusive experience, where the precious heritage of Agiorgitiko, the unique wines of GAIA Wines and the magnificent landscape of Nemea with its cultural treasures accompany you throughout the tour.
Here, you will journey through our barrel-aging cellars, learn about the red Agiorgitiko grape, and enjoy curated wine flights paired with local artisanal cheeses and olive oil.

The industrial stone building which dates back to the early 1900s, has been renovated to give it its new life as our winery, and is waiting for you to discover it during spring and summer season.
Housed in a beautifully restored early 20th-century tomato factory right on the black-sand beach of Monolithos, our Santorini winery offers one of the most distinctive tasting settings in the Aegean Sea. Taste volcanic Assyrtiko while feeling the sea breeze, explore our wild fermentation cellar, and learn about the iconic underwater aging of Thalassitis Submerged.
