Vineyards

From the mountains of Koutsi to the volcanic basket vines of Santorini: the vineyards that give birth to GAIA wines.

Koutsi, 550 metres above sea level. Agiorgitiko and Assyrtiko on cool mountain soils.

Volcanic soils, century-old vines trained in baskets and the Aegean wind.
