On the eastern edge of Santorini, where the land meets the sea at Vrachies of Exo Gonia, between Kamari and Monolithos, lies a place where history and innovation coexist in perfect harmony. Just moments from the island’s airport, our winery is housed in a striking, stone-built industrial building—once a tomato processing facility from the early 20th century, where sun-dried tomatoes and purée were crafted from Santorini’s famed cherry tomatoes.

Today, this historic space has been thoughtfully transformed by GAIA WINES into a state-of-the-art winery—one that honors the island’s past while looking firmly toward the future of  Santorini winemaking.

Our doors are open to visitors from April to October, offering an immersive tasting experience just steps from the sea. Here, you can enjoy our full portfolio of wines from  Santorini and Nemea  in a setting that reflects the raw beauty and volcanic power of the island itself.
