GAIA WINES has been dedicated to the promotion of indigenous Greek varieties, the search and exploration of their ‘wine depth’.
since its foundation in 1994.
GAIA served this goal faithfully and constantly, by vinifying and offering a number of single varietal indigenous Greek labels to the greek and international wine scene. One could say that wherever he saw GAIA he automatically expected to see Greek varieties in their purest form, the single varietal.
This is how it was, how it is and will remain in the future.
However, since we totally explored the potential of Agiorgitiko and Assyrtiko creating a wide range of pure but also different and unique labels we decided to explore the well known behaviour of Greek varieties in synergy with the top international varieties.
This is how the GAIA S wines were born,
“S” stands for “Synergy”, believing that this is another way to expand and explore our knowledge about Greek grape varieties and set new routes to the Greek wine scene

Agiorgitiko 70% and Syrah 30% contribute to the creation of an exuberant, robust and generous wine. Aromas and flavour characteristics of earthy, ripe black fruits, spices, chocolate and tobacco. Rich and velvety.
