14-18H AGIORGITIKO

Nemea

This wine illuminates the concept of a multidimensional variety and with reference to the Agiorgitiko grape. These grapes, grown in the mountainous Koutsi and Asprokampos regions of Nemea, are harvested, processed, and directed into vats, where the grape skins remain in contact with the must for 14-18 hours, thus allowing the wine to acquire its final rosy hue and the typical aroma of the variety.

Deep rose in color, its fruity aromas are dominated by cherry and gooseberry flavors – both of which are typical of the Agiorgitiko grapes that grow on these highlands – which leave a cool refreshing after taste. Pair this wine with pasta, white meats, non-garlic pizza and other dishes and also trying it with Chinese and other types of Asian cuisine could be particularly interesting. To enjoy this wine at its best, serve at 8ο-10ο C.
